30-day refunds. You have 30 days after your order is delivered to ask for a refund.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item? You get a full refund or a free replacement — your choice — and you never have to ship it back. Just send us a photo so we can show our supplier.
Changed your mind? Contact us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method. For change-of-mind refunds we may ask you to mail the item back first; if we do, we'll give you the return address before you send anything.
Order never arrived? If your order hasn't shown up within 20 days of the delivery estimate, contact us — we'll reship it or refund you.
How to ask: Use our refund request page and include your order number. We reply within 1-2 business days.
Timing: Once approved, refunds are issued right away. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to post the money back to your account.
